摘  要:根据负荷和无功电压控制装置的特点,通过引入小容量调压式动态无功补偿装置将变/配电系统的无功电压控制分为两级控制,一级控制针对负荷的较大变化,以集中优化为手段控制电容器组的投切;二级控制以就地分布控制为原则,按九域图模式控制变压器分接头及无功补偿装置的可调容量部分,即可实现变/配电系统的无功电压集中—分布协调控制,力求达到控制效果和效率的最优化。实例分析结果表明,本方法为变/配电系统无功电压控制的有效方式。The reactive power and voltage control is important to loss reduction and energy saving of the grid. According to the characteristics of loads and reactive power voltage devices, this paper introduces a new method of voltage control which classifies the reactive power and voltage control of distribution and transmission system into two-level voltage control mode. The first level voltage control, centralized optimization, aimed at the notable changes of loads, can be used in switching of capacitors. The secondary voltage control, voltage distribution control, which complies with the principal of on-the-spot distribution control, regulates the transformer taps and adjustable capacity of the reactive power devices relying on the mode of nine-zone graph theory. Through such a control method, the control results and efficiency can be optimized. The cited examples can demonstrate that this method is the optimal one in controlling reactive power and voltage of distribution and transmission system.
