摘　　要：介绍柳钢耐火材料厂600t/d并流蓄热式石灰竖窑以西门子S7-400可编程控制器为核心的控制系统的应用。介绍了控制系统的硬件结构、网络组成及特点、所采用的软件体系的特点、性能及其设计的全过程,并对系统的仪表检测单元做了相应的介绍。阐述了并流蓄热式石灰竖窑自动控制系统的调试过程及方法。The application of Siemens S7-400 PI,C control system tbr 600t/d lean gas fired PFR shaft lime kiln in Refractory Plant of Liugang was introduced. The hardware structure, the network construction and its characteristics, the characteristics and performances as well as whole design procedure of software system were introduced. The instrumentation inspection units of this system were also described. And furthermore, the commissioning process and methods for this automatic control system were elaborated.
