摘　　要：振荡波测试系统(OWTS)是目前国际上较为广泛地应用于挤塑型电力电缆的局部放电检测装置。介绍了振荡波测试系统的电源技术、抗干扰技术、局部放电定位技术,实例验证了该系统在电缆局部放电检测中取得的良好效果。Nowadays oscillating wave testing system （OWTS） is widely used abroad as the equipment for partial discharge detection of extruded insulation cable. The paper introduces the OWTS related technologies in aspect of power source, anti-interference, localization of partial discharge. The example in this paper illustrates good application effect of OWTS in the partial discharge detection.
