摘 要:介绍了由锚式桨和涡轮桨组成的同轴搅拌器,并利用计算流体动力学软件对其进行了数值模拟,工作介质为牛顿流体和非牛顿流体,考虑了3种不同的工作模式:涡轮桨单独旋转、内外桨同向旋转和内外桨反向旋转。通过分析搅拌器内的功率消耗、速度分布、压力分布和剪切速率分布,得出内外桨同向旋转为该同轴搅拌器的最佳操作模式。The coaxial mixer consisting of anchor and turbine blades was introduced. The coaxial stirred reactor was simulated numerically by use of a computational fluid dynamics software. This simulation was taken with the medium of Newtonian fluid and non-Newtonian fluid under three different working modes. The three modes were only Rushton rotating, co-rotating and counter-rotating. Through the simulation, the power consumption, velocity profiles, pressure profiles and shear strain rate profiles were investigated in detail, and the results showed that the co-rotation of inner and outer impellers was the optimal operation mode in coaxial stirred tank.
