摘  要:随着分子生物学的快速发展,大量与光周期途径开花相关的基因已经被发现和克隆,FT(FLOWER-INGLOCUST)是光周期途径植物开花时间决定关键基因,并认为FT基因表达产物可能就是人们长期追寻的开花刺激物质,这种开花刺激物质经过叶片到茎尖的长距离运输,最终引起茎顶端开花起始。目前已在多种植物中分离出FT同源基因,并通过转基因证明FT基因的表达可促进植物提早开花。本文对国内外关于FT基因家族的研究进展进行综述,旨在为进一步深入研究FT基因功能提供参考。Along with fast development of molecular biology, many key genes related to flowering in photoperiod pathway were discovered and cloned.FT (FLOWERING LOCUS T) is considered that it is a key gene to determine flowering time in photoperiod pathway, and that its expression productions are flowering stimulating substances which many people have searched for long time, and that this kinds of flowering stimulating substances transportes from leaves to the top of stems, and ultimately causes flowering. At present, many FT-like genes were separated and testified that FT gene expression might promote flowering in plants. This article reviewed the study progress in the FT family genes in plants, in order to provide meaningful information for further in-depth studies of the functions of FT genes.
