摘　　要：莆田市某住宅工程,主体结构总高度144.45m,为高度超限结构,采用钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构。本文简要介绍了该工程的特点,重点介绍了结构整体计算分析的内容、结果以及针对超限所采取的措施。In one super- high -rise residential building in Putian City, with the height of 144.45 meters, reinforced concrete structures and shear wall structures＇ design was employed. This article briefly introduces the characteristics of the project, including the process and results of the counting and analysing of the whole structure and the measures taken according to the facts that exceed the limits.
