摘 要:简述了光纤光栅传感器的传感原理,说明它具有良好的传感性能.为了表明光纤光栅传感能够用于结构的损伤识别,制作了带孔的悬臂梁结构,用盖板封住或去掉来模拟结构的完好和损伤,在结构开孔处和参考点处分别粘贴光纤光栅传感器测量结构的应变模态,通过结构应变模态在损伤前后的变化识别结构的损伤.试验结果表明,光纤光栅传感器具有很高的测量精度,能很好地识别结构的损伤.The sensing principle of optic fiber bragg grating (FBG) sensor is briefly introduced and its satisfied sensing performance is illustrated in the paper. In order to indicate FBG sensors could be used to structural damage designed. Four holes were structure was simulated by opened detection, the cantilever structure with the holes was in proper sequence from the bottom. The undamaged covering the holes covered with plates, while, the plates were removed to mean the damaged structure. By covering different holes, the single damage and multiple damages could be demonstrated. In order to measure the structural strain modal, the FBG sensors were all installed beside the four holes and one reference point of cantilever structure, respectively. The experimental result showed that FBG sensors had high measurement precision level and the better damage diagnosis result could be achieved by using measurement information with FBG sensors.
