摘　　要：文章根据供应链风险管理的一般理论,结合我国医药行业的特点和现状,对我国药品供应链的风险管理做了一定的研究。文章首先总结了我国药品供应链的风险因素,然后建立了药品供应链风险管理模型。接着通过一个实际案例,展示了药品供应链管理的全过程。研究表明,我国医药企业可以通过建立供应链风险管理模型提高企业风险管理水平。A study of risk management in Chinese pharmaceutical industry supply chain is made in this paper, based on general theory of risk management in supply chain and the characteristic of Chinese pharmaceutical industry. Firstly risk factors of pharmaceutical supply chain are summarized, and a model for risk management in pharmaceutical industry supply chain is developed. Then a case study is presented to show the process of risk management. It is indicated that the risk management level of enterprises can be improved by building a model of risk management in pharmaceutical industry supply chain.
