摘  要:扬压力是重力坝强度和稳定计算中的重要荷载,但是,国内外学者和工程师对扬压力的认识一直存在着分歧。本文首先回顾扬压力研究发展的历史,叙述扬压力中"裂缝理论"和"孔隙理论"两个派别的基本观点,并着重陈述孔隙理论中Fillunger和Terzaghi的不同看法。然后从宏观角度分析饱和孔隙介质中水的基本力学效应,讨论广义有效应力原理,并介绍基于广义有效应力原理的对扬压力问题的最新认识。The uplift forces play an important role in the analysis of gravity dams. However, the community of engineers and scientist has had a difference in the concept of uplift force. A brief historical retrospect in the concept of uplift force is presented in this paper. The 'crack theory' and 'porous theory' are introduced and the difference in the concept between Fillunger and Terzaghi is expounded. The fundamental mechanical effects on liquid-saturated porous solids and the concept of generalized effective stress are discussed based on the macroscopic theory. Some latest findings based on the generalized effective stresses are explained.
