摘  要:英语教育专业"短学期"开放式实践教学对于英语专业大学生的能力培养起到了不可忽视的作用。"4C"人才培养模式对于培养学生的交际能力、合作能力、组织能力、和创新能力起到了良好的效果。但作为一种新产生的教学模式它还存在着几点问题。部分师生存在着"重理论,轻实践"的旧观念;部分指导教师自身实践能力不足;以及实践教学内容未随着社会发展不断完善并和理论教学不断协调。这些问题可以通过充分认识实践教学的重要性与必要性,引进外部力量并不断提高教师自身的实践能力,以及开展社会实践并精炼理论课程内容得到解决。This article will explore the problems existing in the "4C" teaching pattern of the short-term open practical teaching in English education specialty and the corresponding countermeasures. "4C" teaching pattern is very usful in developing students' communicating, co-operating, conducting and creating ability. However, as a new pattern, it has three problems. First, some teachers underestimate its role. Second, certain teachers lack of practical ability. Third, the teaching content should be perfected with the development of the society and be coordinated with normal classroom-teaching. The countermeasures are, firstly, the school must help the teachers to fully undestand its imporatnce and necessity. Secondly, the school can hire external experts and should try to improve their teachers' practical abilty. Thirdly, the students should carry out social practice and the class-room teaching content must be refined.
