清肝化瘀方抗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎肝纤维化疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药清肝化瘀方治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎抗肝纤维化作用疗效。方法将160例非酒精性脂肪性肝炎患者随机分两组,治疗组106例服用清肝化瘀方煎剂,对照组54例服用易善复片、复方益肝灵片。两组疗程均为3个月,观察治疗前后血清肝纤维化指标、肝功能、血脂、肝脏B超及临床症状体征的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为95.28%,对照组总有效率为64.81%(P<0.01)。结论清肝化瘀方具有降低血脂、改善肝功能、保护肝细胞之功效,可明显降低HA、PC II、IC-IV、LN水平,减轻或逆转肝纤维化。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of “Qinggan Huayu Decoction” in the treatment of hepatic fibrosis following nonalcoholic fatty liver diseases. Methods 160 subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 106 eases were treated with “Qinggan Huayu Decoction” and control group in which 54 cases were treated with “Yishanfu Tablet” and “Fufang Yiganling Tablet”, with a course of three months. The hepatic fibrosis indicators, liver function, blood lipid, B-ultrasonic results of the liver and clinical symptoms were observed before and after treatments. Results The total effective rate was 95.28% in treatment group and 64.81% in control group, with a great difference between them（ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion “Qinggan Huayu Decoction” acts to reduce blood lipid, improve liver function to relieve hepatic fibrosis by decreasing the levels of HA, PCⅢ, C-Ⅳ and LN.
