滋阴通淋方对慢性尿路感染大鼠免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨滋阴通淋方治疗慢性尿路感染的机制。方法采用Wistar雄性大鼠,随机分为4组,即正常组、模型组、中药治疗组、西药治疗组。建立慢性尿路感染动物模型,观察药物干预后对大鼠血清白介素-10(IL-10)及单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)影响,以及肾脏病理变化。结果模型组大鼠血清IL-10及MCP-1较正常组明显升高(P<0.01);药物干预后中药组、西药组IL-10及MCP-1明显降低(P<0.01),且对肾脏病理变化明显改善。结论滋阴通淋方对慢性尿路感染有免疫调节和抗炎的双重作用。Objective To investigate the mechanisms of “Ziyin Tonglin Decoction” in the treatment of chronic urinary tract infection and the influence of. Methods Wistar male rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, namely, normal group, model group, Chinese medicine group, and Western medicine group. Mter intervention, the serum IL-10 and MCP-1, and pathological changes in the kidney were observed. Results In model group, IL-10 and MCP-1 were significantly higher than those in normal group（P 〈0.01 ） ; in Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group, IL-10 and MCP-1 were significantly decreased（P 〈0.01 ）, and pathological changes in the kidneys were significantly improved. Conclusion “Ziyin Tonglin Decoction” plays dual role in immune regulation and anti-inflammation for chronic urinary tract infection.
