“引大济湟”工程是解决青海东部资源性缺水的根本措施

摘　　要：湟水流域在青海省经济发展中占有十分重要的地位。由于干旱、水资源总量不足，水对流域内的经济发展形成制约。为了彻底有效地解决湟水流域的资源性缺水问题，必须兴建“引大济湟”工程，通过跨流域调水实现流域社会经济的持续性发展。Huang river basin plays an important role in economical development of whole Qinghai province, but water supply restricts the economical development in the basin due to drought and shortage of total quantity of water resources. In order to solve the problem of water shortage thoroughly for Huang river basin, the diversion project from Datong river to Huang River must be built, which will be a guarantee of sustained development for Huang river basin.
