摘  要:基于直接激光金属烧结快速成形(DLMS)技术,进行了FGH95镍基高温合金粉末的烧结成形试验,主要分析了激光烧结工艺参数对烧结制件的微观组织和拉伸强度的影响。分析结果表明:制件组织结构由胞状枝晶组成,γ′相其比例及大小受工艺参数影响较大。较高的激光功率、较快的扫描速度以及合适的扫描间距组合可获得较高的拉伸强度,制件拉伸强度最高可达730 MPa。The laser sintering forming is experinced by the direct laser metal sintering technology for the Nickels - based high - temperature alloy FGH95. and the effect of different process parameters on micro- structure and the tensile strength of specimens are mainly analyzed. The results show that the microstructure of part is mainly composed of cylindrical dendritic crystal, and the effect of process parameters on the proportion and size of γ' phase is bigger. The higher laser power and the faster scanning speed and the right scanning space can obtain better tensile strength, and, the tensile strength of partd is up to 730 MPa.
