摘　　要：对产业集群风险的评价是一个比较复杂的问题,目前对它的研究大多停留在定性分析层面。在借鉴前人研究成果基础上,通过对产业集群主要风险的分析,按照全面、简单、易操作等原则,提炼出评价集群风险的指标体系;并结合模糊综合评价法可以较好处理综合评价因素模糊性的特点,构建了产业集群风险的定量评价模型。对我国浙江大唐袜业产业集群进行了实证研究。The industrial clusters risk＇s evaluation is a quite complicated question, at present, the risk evaluation t of industrial clusters mostly remains in the qualitative analysis. This paper is based on the predecessor research results foundation, mainly through the industrial clusters of risk analysis, according to comprehensive, simple ,easy to implement and so on principles, then refines the indicator system of the evaluation of industrial clusters risk scientifically.on this basis, according to that the fuzzy evaluation method can be used to solve the comprehensive evaluation of the characteristics of fuzzy factors, an industrial clusters risk quantitative evaluation model is constructed, then this model is used to Chinese Datang of zhejiang sock industry cluster for the empirical study.
