摘　　要：收发组件是有源相控阵雷达的关键部件,其设计的成功与否,决定了整部雷达的成本、可生产性和系统性能。本文介绍了一种C波段大功率收发组件的技术要点和研制结果。从产品设计和生产调试的情况可以看出,该收发组件具有输出功率大,功率密度高,控制精度准确,一致性好,调试工作量小,适合批量生产等特点。The T/R module is the key part of the active phased array radar. Whether it is designed successful or not decides the cost, productivity and system performance of the whole radar. This paper introduces the technical essentials and developed results of the C-Band high power T/R module. Seen from product design and production debugging, this T/R module has a lot of characteristics such as high output power, high power density, receiving IF output, accurate control accuracy, good consistency, less debugging workload, suitable for batch production, etc.
