摘　　要：证卡产品涉及公安、银行、社保、电信、旅游、购物消费等各行业,是国家金卡工程的重要成果。由天津海华科技发展有限公司研制开发成功的PVC个性人像证卡打印片,是一种防水性好,适于喷墨打印和数字印刷的新型制卡材料。本文介绍了该产品的研制情况,详细阐述了其研制技术路线、技术特点、研制结果及国内同类产品的对比结果。证卡打印片打印性能和物理性能接近或达到国际同类产品水平,填补了国家空白。ID card, being an important achievement of State Gold Card Technology Program, is now widely used in miscellaneous businesses e.g. public security, banking, social assurance, telecommunication, tourism, shopping etc. The PVC individual portrait ID card film developed by Tianjin Haihua Technology Development Co Ltd is a highly water-resistant ID card material suitable for inkjet printing and digital printing. This paper reports its research, achievements and technical features. Paralleled test results showed that its printing performances and physical characteristics hit world advanced standards.
