摘 要:设计中的金鸡山群体隧道净距较小,如何对施工顺序进行优化是一个重要问题,采用数值方法对V级围岩条件下的小净距群体隧道施工顺序进行了研究。研究结果表明,当采用先修建辅路隧道再修建连拱隧道的顺序进行施工时,后建连拱隧道会导致辅路隧道左右幅初期支护轴力分别增大14.8%(拱顶)和14.3%(拱腰),相应位置安全系数减小12.5%和12.7%,辅路隧道周边围岩塑性区有小范围扩展;当采用相反的顺序进行施工后,后建辅路隧道会导致连拱隧道左右洞仰拱初期支护轴力分别增大46.2%和55.2%,相应位置安全系数减小31.7%和35.5%,连拱隧道中墙上方及两侧墙脚处围岩塑性区均有一定程度扩展。由此可见,金鸡山辅路隧道先施工为优选施工顺序。Because there is a small clear distance of Jinji mountain group tunnels being designed, how to optimize the construction sequence is an important issue, the construction sequence of small clear distance group tunnels in V grade rock mass is studied by a numerical method. The results indicate that when we adopt the sequence of the auxiliary tunnel be constructed first, the construction of multi-arch tunnel will cause the increase of preliminary lining axis force of the left and right auxiliary tunnel by 14.8% (crown) and 14.3% (hance) respectively, and the safety factor decrease by 12.5% and 12.7% in the same position, the plastic zone around the auxiliary tunnel has a spread in small range; when we adopt inverse sequence, the construction of the auxiliary tunnel will cause the increase of invert preliminary lining axis force of the multi - arch tunnel left and right hole by 46.2% and 55.2% respectively, and the safety factor decrease by 31.7% and 35.5% in corresponding position, the plastic zone of the multi - arch tunnel middle wall above and its basements has a spread in small range. This conclusion shows that the sequence of the auxiliary tunnel be constructed first is an optimum one.
