摘　　要：概述了控制冷却工艺,阐明了控制冷却的实质与机理,介绍了宽度板生产中常用控制冷却方式、控制冷却技术难点及相应措施。通过典型控制冷却工艺及其工艺参数的分析,对宽厚板生产企业控制冷却技术的应用与生产工艺方案的制定起到了一定的参考作用。This paper reviews controlled cooling technology , describes its nature and mechanism, introduces the common controlled cooling mode used in wide and heavy plate production as well as technical difficulties and relevant measures. The discussion on typical controlled cooling technique and the analysis on the process parameters provide reference to the wide and heavy plate producer in the application of controlled cooling technique and preparation of production process plan .
