脊椎结核的多层螺旋CT表现及诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨脊柱结核的多层螺旋CT表现及价值。材料与方法:分析经手术病理及临床证实的脊柱结核32例的多层螺旋CT表现。结果:骨质破坏32例,其中斑片状破坏18例、洞穴状破坏8例,死骨形成22例,椎旁脓肿17例,骨质密度增高硬化18例,椎间盘破坏23例,骨性椎管狭窄11例,韧带增厚3例。结论:多层螺旋CT对脊柱结核具有较高的诊断价值,较普通CT能够更好的反应病变的情况。Purpose： To evaluate and the diagnostic value of the Multi - Detector CT tuberculosis spondylitis. Materials and Methods： To analyze thirty two cases of vertebral tuberculosis confirmed by operation, pathology and clinic of the multi- slice spiral CT. Results： marginal erosion （32 cases） including flecky erosion（ 18 cases）, cavernous erosion（ 18 cases）, bony formation （22 cases）, vertebral abscess（ 17 cases）, bony ossify（ 18 cases）, intervertebral disc erosion （23 cases）, bony narrow （11 cases）, ligamentous increase（3 cases）. Conclusion： Compared ordinary CT the Multi -Detector CT has the beauty of showing the range of pathological changes accurately and is of great diagnostic value for vertebral tuberculosis.
