摘　　要：目的探讨手及前臂热压伤修复中皮瓣的选择和应用。方法根据手和前臂热压伤部位的不同和创面大小,选择不同部位和不同类型的皮瓣进行修复。结果共修复手及前臂热压伤11例,皮瓣全部成活,功能和外形较满意。结论根据病情应用各种皮瓣修复手及前臂重度热压伤可为最大限度的恢复功能和外型提供有力的保障。Objective To explore the utilization of skin flap in repairing hands and forearms with severe burn and compression injuries. Methods Eleven patients were treated with different skin flaps according to the size and site of hands and forearms with burn and compression injuries. Results All applied skin flaps were survived. The appearance and function of the repaired hands and forearms were satisfactory. Conclusion The utilization of different skin flaps according to the size and site of hands and forearms injuries ean achieve good recovery function and appearance of the injured hands and forearms.
