摘  要:弱视是一种儿童视功能常见疾病,目前使用的主观性检查准确度低,而客观性检查存在着周围环境要求高、刺激次数多等缺点,迫切需要一种实用、稳定的弱视客观性检查方法。在阐述弱视客观性检查P-VEP视觉诱发电位信号特征基础上,提出运用小波迭代最优阈值消噪法处理诱发电位信号,并选择合适的硬件设备,优化基于P-VEP技术的弱视电生理检查系统。通过实验论证了该系统的可行性和实用性,为后续的弱视客观性检查和个性化治疗研究奠定了基础。Amblyopia is a common visual function disease of children. At present,the accuracy of subjective examination is low but the objective examination also has some disadvantages, such as strict environment requirement, too many stimulation times and so on. So, there has the need in a practical and stable method to solve the problems in amblyopia objective examination. In this paper,the characteristic of P-VEP visual evoked potential signal in amblyopia objective examination is elucidated, and on that basis, the wavelet iterative optimum threshold method is used to eliminate the noise during the evoked potential signal processing. The appropriate equipments are selected to optimise the amblyopia electrophysiology examination system based on P-VEP technology. Finally it demonstrates through the experiment that the system is feasible and practical, which lays the foundation for the research of subsequent amblyopia objectivity examination method and personalised therapy.
