摘　　要：生产者服务业与制造业的互动发展已是不争的事实。本文主要从中间产品——生产者服务自身这个主要生产因素开始,分析了中间产品对两者的影响,以及其作为联系两者纽带的重要地位,分析了中间产品贸易的模式,以及现实中中国的制造业与生产者服务业的不平衡增长,提出了相应的对策。The phenomena of mutual developments between producer services and manufacturing sector is a fact. The pa- per analyses from ＂intermediate product＂--a factor in producer services itself, researches it＇s important status and it＇s influ- ence to producer services and manufacturing sector. It analyses model of intermediate product trade, points out realistic growth imbalance between the two industries in China, and brings forward the countermeasures.
