肢体冷热敷袋治疗四肢外伤性肿胀168例效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨肢体冷热敷袋治疗四肢外伤性肿胀的临床效果。方法:将348例四肢外伤性肿胀患者随机分为观察组168例和对照组180例,观察组用新型肢体冷热敷袋灌入碎冰块或热水进行冷热敷,对照组用普通热水袋灌入碎冰块或热水进行冷热敷,其他治疗两组均相同。结果:总有效率观察组(92.26%)明显优于对照组(82.22%)(P<0.05);肢体肿胀程度观察组比对照组明显减轻,肿胀消退时间观察组明显短于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:肢体冷热敷袋治疗四肢外伤性肿胀,可很好地降低皮肤组织损伤,减轻局部充血、出血及肿胀程度,减轻疼痛,降低细菌的活动力和细胞的代谢,抑制炎症扩散,促进血液流通。Objective： To explore the efficacy of extremity cold - heat compress bag in the treatment of traumatic swelling of limbs. Methods ： 348 patients with traumatic swelling of limbs were randomly divided into observation group （ n = 168 ） and control group （n = 180}. The patients in observation group were treated with cold or heat compress by new type cold -heat compress bag filled with broken ice or hot water, and the patients in control group were treated with common compress bag filled with broken ice or hot water, and the other treatment was same in both groups. Results： The total effective rate was 92.26% in observation group and was significantly higher than the effective rate （ 82.22% ） in control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; the degree of swelling significantly reduced in observation group and the time of detumeseenee was significantly shorter in observation group than that in control group （P 〈0.05, P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： The physical treatment with new type compress bag may well reduce skin damage, local congestion, the degree of bleeding and swelling and reduce pain, the activity of bacteria and cellular metabolism so that inhibit the spread of inflammation and promote blood circulation .
