摘　　要：贫困标准的研究和制定一直是各国政府十分关注的问题。文章从贫困的概念、界定贫困人口的国际国内标准和制定方法、贫困标准的应用,以及目前尚待研究的问题几个方面进行阐述,力求全面客观地呈现贫困标准问题研究的现状,为以后深入探讨贫困问题提供参考。The research define the poverty standards has been a major concerning at different level government. This paper describes several aspects of poverty, which includes their concept, poverty standard both in domestie and international, and the methods define the poor population. It had described how to apply this standard and some issues not being solved.
