摘  要:目的:比较巢蛋白(Nestin)与神经元素3(Ngn3)在胚胎早期发育各组织中的表达与分布。方法:采用免疫组织化学SABC法对30例5-10周人胚胎发育中各器官组织中Nestin与Ngn3的表达与分布进行定位研究。结果:5周时,肝造血干细胞Nestin、Ngn3阳性,胰芽原始导管上皮细胞、皮肤上皮细胞也呈Ngn3阳性反应;8周后,胚胎皮肤、椎间盘及肾上腺组织Nestin阳性,而Ngn3表达为阴性。结论:Nestin、Ngn3在胚胎早期发育不同组织细胞的表达有不同的时空性,确切意义及机制有待进一步研究。Objective: To compare expression and distribution of Nestin and Neurogenin (Ngn3) in embryonic tissue during the early development. Methods: Sample collection was conducted in accordance to the principle of informed consent. Immunohistochemical SABC method was adopted in studying at 5-10 weeks of gestation, and localization analysis was made on Nestin and Ngn3 expression for tissue in embryonic development. Results: At 5 weeks of gestation, hemopoietie stem cells of the liver presented Nestin and Ngn3-positive reaction and primitive ductal epithelium of pancreas and epithelium of the skin showed Ngn3-positive reaction. After 8 weeks of gestation, hepatic cells, skin, suprarenal gland and intervertebral discs all expressed Nestin-positive and Ngn3-negative. Conclusion: The regulatory roles of Nestin and Ngn3 on cellular differentiation in the early embryonic development have different “space-time”. Their certain significances and mechanisms remain further study.
