四川幼儿和学龄前儿童面部间距测量及相关与回归分析

摘　　要：目的：通过研究幼儿及学龄前儿童面部间距的正常值及其相互关系，为评估颅面生长发育、先天或后天疾患的诊断及临床损伤修复和重建提供参考数据。方法：按照《人体测量方法》，采用摄影测量和活体测量方法测量四川地区2-7岁男、女儿童9个年龄段18个组的面深、口角耳屏距、面宽、外眦耳屏距与外眦耳上基点距，计算各组各项指标的均数与标准差，对各项指标同面深的相关与回归关系进行分析。结果：统计数据显示在绝大多数年龄段男性的面深、面宽和外眦耳屏距等5项测量数据均大于女性，其差异具有统计学意义。口角耳屏距、面宽、外眦耳屏距、外眦耳上基点距与面深之间均具相关与直线同归关系。结论：测量所得数据和推导的回归方程，皆可为临床对幼儿和学龄前儿童颅面发育评估及头面部的损伤修复与重建提供参考。Objective： To study the interval of facial sturctures in infants and preschool children, and to provide basis for evaluating craniofacial growth, diagnosing the congenital and acquired diseases, and reconstructing facial injury in clinic. Methods： Facial depth, distance from the angle of the mouth to the tragus, and facial width, distance from the lateral angle of the eye to the tragus, and distance from the lateral angle of the eye to the otobasion superius of children aged from 2 to 7 years old were measured by using both photogrametry and somatometry. The mean and standard deviation of the data were calculated and analyzed the correlation and regression between the facial depth and other four parameters. Results： The volumes of facial depth, distance from the angle of the mouth to the tragus, and facial width, distance from the lateral angle of eye to the tragus, and distance from the lateral angle of the eye to the otobasion superius from male were greater than those from female. In addtion, the distance from the angle of the mouth to the tragus, and facial width, distance from the lateral angle of the eye to the tragus, and distance from the lateral angle of eye to the otobasion superius were correlated to the facial depth in linear regression. Conclusion： The data and regression equation described in present study can be applied for evaluating the craniofacial growth of infants and preschool children, and reconstructing the facial injury.
