摘 要:由于腐蚀带来的严重经济损失以及人员伤亡问题的日趋突出,腐蚀在线监测作为一种在不影响系统正常运行的情况下,对设备的腐蚀速度和某些与腐蚀速度有关的参数进行连续测量的技术得到了很快的发展。在国内石油化工企业中,该技术的研究及应用已成为一个重要课题。本文重点介绍了一种新型基于中间件技术的远程腐蚀在线监测系统,提出了由数据采集层、中间件应用服务层、数据发布层组成的多层分布式实时监测系统。同时为满足远程腐蚀监测及设备腐蚀管理的需要通过Webservice接口方式为企业设备信息化管理平台提供标准数据接口。As a result of the problem of corrosion caused serious economic losses and casualties is becoming more and more serious, corrosiononline monitoring as a system without affecting the normal operation of the cases, the technology which take the eontinous measurement of the corrosion rate of equipment and something about the corrosion rate has been rapidly developed.In the Petrochemical enterprises of China, the research and application of this technology has become an important issue. This article focuses on a new type of middleware technology based on-line remote corrosion monitoring system, and proposed the data acquisition layer, middleware application service layer, data layer of the multi-layer distributed real-time monitoring system. At the same time in order to meet the long-distance corrosion monitoring and the equiprrlent corrosion management through the Webservice interface provid standard date interface for enterprise information management platform.
