摘　　要：采用模块化思想,设计了一种带Profibus-DP通信接口的智能变频器。该变频器以DSP为变频部分的控制核心,78E516单片机为Profibus-DP接口的控制芯片,双CPU间采用串行口通信,采用智能功率模块PS21865作为逆变器,给出了软硬件设计。本设计可实现变频器远程控制。An intelligent frequency convertor with Profibus-DP interface was designed by adopting modulariza- tion design pattern. DSP is the control kernel of the frequency convertor, and 78E516 is the control chip of Profi- bus-DP interface. Serial communication was adopted for the dual-cpu. The intelligent power module PS21865 acts as inverter. The software/hardware design was given. The design can realize tele-control for convertor.
