摘　　要：介绍了美国PJM区域电力市场运营的情况及调度业务,以及PJM电网规划的准则目的、工具和规划程序等,并阐述了其电网调度技术支持系统的现状及先进控制中心的建设目标。The operation and dispatching business of the PJM regional electricity market in US is introduced, as well as the principles, tools and procedures of the power grid planning. Besides it presents the current situation of the technical support system for power dispatching and the developing target of the advanced control center.
