电网企业一体化信息模型设计及其应用

摘　　要：电网企业信息化逐步深入到各个核心业务领域,与之相应CIM模型的建模范围也需要扩展,现有国际CIM模型标准已不能完全适应国内电网企业信息化快速发展的要求。提出了电网企业一体化信息模型(CIM全模型)的概念,分析了CIM全模型的内涵,提出了电网企业CIM全模型的制订和管理体系,构想了CIM全模型对标矩阵和CIM全模型分布式维护等工具,介绍了CIM全模型在华东电网有限公司企业应用集成、数据仓库和资产管理高级应用中的实践,展望了CIM全模型在电网企业信息化中的应用前景。As the informationization of utilities gradually goes into all aspects of its core business, the model scope of CIM need to be expanded accordingly. The existing CIM model criterion cannot meet the requirement of the utilities due to the fast development of informationization. This paper presents the concept of integrated common information model and explains its meaning. It addresses the formulation of the model and the management system and proposes the some CIM tools, such as CIM Compliance Matrix and Distributed CIM Model Management Tool. Further the author introduces the application practice of the model in the utilities, including the information integration, the data warehouse and asset management. The prospect of the model during the informationization process of the utilities is addressed at the end of the paper.
