摘　　要：输变电资产全寿命周期管理是电网企业实现综合管理、提高经营效益的全新要求,其中输变电资产的运维管理被视为全寿命周期管理的核心环节。针对目前采用的运维管理模式存在信息分散和柔性能力有限等问题,将设备集成维护理念引入输变电资产运维管理中,建立了输变电资产集成运维管理的概念模型,构建了其管理流程框架,并介绍了此种管理模式体现的集成特征与思想。Life cycle management for power transmission and distribution assets is important for the grid enterprises to realize comprehensive management and improve the overall performance. The operation and maintenance management of the power equipments is the core of the project. In order to dealing with the problem of information decentralization and lack of flexibility of current management mode, the philosophy of integrated operation and maintenance for equipments is introduced. The conceptual model for the improved management mode and corresponding framework of the flowing process are established. The integrated features and philosophies embodied in this management mode are presented.
