摘　　要：标准化是科学管理的重要组成部分,是促进企业管理水平提升的重要途径。提出了电网企业开展标准化建设的工作重点,分析了标准与规章制度、企业标准体系与专业标准体系等的关系及应把握的要点。Standardization is an essential part of scientific management and an important way to improve the management level of enterprises. The author discussed the focuses in the process of standardization development for power grid enterprises, analysed the related standards and regulations, and the relation between enterprising standards＇ system and professional standards＇ system.
