摘 要:在含有0.03mol/LKCl、4.0×10-5mol/LSe(Ⅳ)的0.016mol/LH2SO4溶液(pH1.8)中,锡(Ⅳ)邻苯三酚红配合物产生一灵敏的二次导数极谱波,峰电位为-0.43V(vs·SCE),波高与锡浓度在1.7×10-9~6.7×10-7mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检测限可达8×10-10mol/L.研究了极谱波的性质和电极反应机理.方法已成功地应用于奶茶中微量锡的测定,结果满意.In a 0.016 mol/L sulfuric acid solution(pH1.8)containing 0.03 mol/L potassium chloride and 4.0×10-5 mol/L Selenium(Ⅳ),a sensitive polarographic adsorptive catalytic wave of tin(Ⅳ)pyrogallol red complex was obtained with a peak potential at -0.43 V (vs·SCE).The peak height is linearly proportional to the concentration of tin(Ⅳ) over the range from 1.7×10-9 mol/L to 6.7×10-7 mol/L,the detection limit for tin is as low as 8.0×10-10 mol/L.In this paper the properties of the polarographic wave and the electrode reaction mechanism were discussed too. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of trace tin(Ⅳ) in milk tea with satisfactory results.
