摘　　要：以乙酰乙酸乙酯和乙酰丙酮为起始原料，经缩合（Knorr反应），5位甲基的溴化和胺解，酸催化成环，乙酰基的还原等五步操做合成了标题化合物，全程收率42％。该化合物的结构通过红光光谱，核磁共振谱和元素分析得以验证。In the synthesis of tetraethyl-tetramethylpolpbyrin, utilizing acetylaceticether and acetylacetone as the start materils, through condensation (Hnorr reaction), electrophilic substitutlion of bromin and amin in teh pyrrolic α-methyl and cyclization by acicatalysis reduction of the porphyrin lareal chain acelyl, the title compound was prepared. The structure of the porphyrin was determined by STIR, IHNMR and the elemental analysis.
