摘　　要：化整为零、精打细算、低调潜行。According to incomplete statistics,China's SMEs have made the acquisition deals worth of at least US$50 million within one year since financial crisis,which is almost the sum of that in last seven years.Compared to the leading companies among Chinese economic map like CIC,Chalco, China Minmetal.Lenovo and Haier,these emerging SMEs in overseas acquisition market can be seen as'Empire of the Ants'. These'ants'are quite low-key and leading in respective industry.They are not big enough with the sales revenue below RMB 2 billion;however,they grow fast and the average growth rate of sales revenue reaches above 40 percent,or even 100 percent. As'ants family',they are not crazy for being'big and glorious',but eager to be'small and strong'.They are quite good at communicating with EU or US market and many have long-term collaboration with the acquired enterprises. In contrast to state-owned'elephant'enterprises,'ant'companies have more chance to be successful.Rough birth environment,strict budget,low-key actions and quick buy are their advantages.'Ant'enterprises accumulate the fortune step by step and thus tend to do the acquisition more cautiously and rationally,without any concern for the fame only.Even they fail, they can learn quite well from the lessons.
