摘　　要：本文针对中文原生数字资源的管理问题,提出了由国家图书馆牵头,在各级图书馆之间构建长期保存管理网络对其进行管理的模式,并对包括资源评价标准、资源的采集和组织描述、长期保存以及检索利用等相关管理技术问题进行了探讨。In view of the management of the Chinese raw digital information resources, this article puts forward a management model of constructing a long-term preservation network among all the libraries with the National Li- brary of China taking the lead. The article also discusses the management techniques such as resources evaluation criteria, resources collection, organization and description, long-term preservation of resources and resources retriev- al and utilization.
