摘　　要：针对网络课教学普遍存在着教师对学生的学习情况掌握匮乏、缺少有效监管和约束手段的问题,根据建构主义学习理论和知识管理的相关理念,构建了在教学和管理功能上较为全面,并且能够实现学习过程监控的信息检索课程网络教学系统。To solve the general problems in network education that teachers know little about how students are studying, and there is not an effective supervising and restricting means, and based on the constructive theory and knowledge management theory, this article constructs a network tutoring system of information retrieval course which covers nearly all the teaching and management functions, and is able to monitor the students＇ learning process.
