摘　　要：知识管理实施的难点是隐性知识的显化与管理问题。本文应用Web2.0的思想与技术,引入SOA技术架构,提出面向服务的知识管理系统4层模型,优化知识管理系统的体系结构与功能;采用开源工具,阐述了基于Web2.0的知识管理系统的实现思路与关键技术。The difficulties in implementing knowledge management are the transformation from tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge and its management. By applying the Web2. 0 ideas and technologies, and introducing the SOA technical architecture, this paper puts forward a 4-layer model of knowledge management system oriented to service, and optimizes the structure and functions of the knowledge management system. The paper describes the im- plementation ideas and key technologies of Web2. 0-based knowledge management system by the use of open source tools.
