摘  要:在固定床反应器内,研究了乙酸和正戊醇在β和HZSM-5沸石上的酯化反应.实验表明,500℃焙烧的Hβ沸石对乙酸和正戊醇的酯化是最有效的催化剂.反应温度的最佳范围是140~150℃.更高的反应温度将导致催化剂活性和选择性的下降.酯化的选择性随酸/醇比(mol)及LHSV的增加而增加.对离子交换度及焙烧温度对沸石的表面性质及催化活性的影响进行了讨论.The esterification reaction of acetic acid with n-amyl alcohol over various zeolites Beta and HZSM-5 in a flow reactor is described. Zeolite Hβ calcined at about 500 is a more effective catalyst for the esterification of n-amyl alcohol with acetic acid. The best range of reaction temperature is between 140~150℃, the higher reaction temperature result in the decrease of activity and the selectivity of the catalysts. The selectivity towards ester increases with the increase of molar ratio of acetic acid to n-amyl alcohol and LHSV. The effects of cation exchange degree and the calcination temperature on the surface properties of the zeolites and the catalytic activity will be discussed.
