摘　　要：研究了用改进的ＥＤＴＡ络合滴定直接测定钙、镁的方法，即用乙酰丙酮掩蔽镁测定钙和用草酸钙沉淀除钙后直接测定镁的方法。结果表明，该新方法简单、快速、准确度和精密度高。A modified EDTAcomplexmetric titration method for determing Ca and Mghas been developed. The detection of calcium is done via magnesium screened by acetylacetone and magnesium is directly detected under the condition of precipitating calcium with oxalic acid. The process is simple, accurate and precise.
