摘  要:聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮是一种性能优异的非离子型水溶性高分子精细化学品,可作为3次采油的胶凝剂,提高油田的采油率。主要研究了N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)与丙烯酰胺(AM)的共聚反应,分别考察了温度、单体浓度、单体配比、引发剂浓度对共聚反应的影响,得出了较优化的工艺条件,并对NVP-AM二元共聚物的抗温和抗盐性能进行了初步测试和分析。结果表明,NVP-AM二元共聚物的抗温和抗盐性能良好,复合驱油剂体系的阻力系数远远高于单注体系,两者之间存在叠合效应,可以更有效地提高波及体积能力,并防止聚合物溶液沿着高渗透通道窜流、损失,对提高采收率有很好的促进作用。可作为新型油田化学剂加以研究推广。PVP is an excellent non - ionic water - soluble polymer, which can be used as a gelling agent to improve the rate of oil extraction. The key idea of this work is to investigate the copolymerization of NVP - AM, and inspect the effect of temperature, monomer concentration, monomer ratio and initiator concentration on the copolymerization to find the optimum react condition. Moreover, high temperature and salt - tolerance of NVP - AM were tested and analyzed. It has been found that the performance of high temperature and salt - tolerance of NVP - AM was good. Resistance coefficient of the composite agent for oil displacement system is far higher than that of the Single - injection system. The congruency effect, which can effectively improve the capacity of the swept volume, can prevent the polymer solution from been lost by cross - flowing down the high permeability channel and have an excellent promotion on EOR. This copolymer can be used as new oilfield chemicals.
