摘 要:采用AB-8作为吸附树脂、乙醇作为解吸剂联合树脂法,从人参茎叶中提取人参皂甙工艺,得到了树脂的最大吸附量为0.005 801 g皂甙/g树脂,乙醇的最佳解吸量为620.074 3 mL乙醇/g皂甙,皂甙纯度最高30.12%;收率最高31.72%。证明了该工艺路线是可行的,为从人参茎叶中提取人参皂甙提供了一个新的工艺方法。This text described the domestic and international methods of extracting the ginseng saponin from the ginseng stem and the leaf. Expatiated the purpose of the craft's route using the resins AB-8 to adsorb and using ethanol as the desorption solution extracting the ginseng saponin from the ginseng stem and the leaf. Determined the maximum quantity of absorption of the resins AB - 8, the best quantity of the ethanol solution to desorb. And discussed the factors to influence the extracting ginseng saponin, such as velocity of flow, the temperature and so on. Accordingly we got a conclusion : the maximum quantity of absorption is 0.005 801 g ginseng saponin/g resins; the best quantity of the ethanol solution to desorb is 620.074 3 mL ethanol solution/g ginseng saponin; the maximum pure degree is 30.12% ; the maximum yield ratio is 31.72%. Primarily proved the craft's route is viable, and provided a new craft method to extract ginseng saponin.
