摘  要:借助水模拟实验,研究了ACRT过程中加速旋转波形(梯形波、正弦波、三角波和方波)对坩埚中Ekman流场的影响。结果表明,梯形波最有利于获得稳定而有效的Ekman流,梯形波的加速度大小及恒速时间对Ekman流的强弱具有重要影响。ACRT (Accelerated Crucible Rotation Technique) is widely used in cryStal growth. The effects of acceleration rotation waves (trapezoidal, sinusoidal, triangular, and rectangular)on the ACRT Ekman flow are studied with hydraulic analogue experiments. The effect of the parameter changes of the trapezoidal wave on the Ekman flow have also been researched in detail. The results show that the trapezoidal wave is the best one for getting stable and effecti ve Ekman flow during the ACRT process, and after carefully looking at Figs. 4 and 5, we deem that the suitable range of acceleration should be 0. 17~ 1. 0 r/s2 and that the duration of the maximum rotation speed should be more than 12 s.
