摘　　要：为探究煤矿安全文化建设新思路,提高煤矿安全绩效目标,研究安全文化与安全绩效的辩证关系,引入安全意识和安全动机为二者的中介变量,揭示安全文化决定安全绩效,安全绩效反作用于安全文化的作用机理,建立起安全文化对安全绩效的影响模型。In order to explore the coal mine safety culture formance,and study the dialectical relationship between safety culture and safety performance,this study introduces safety awareness and safety motive for the mediator between the two variables, reveals the mechanism of safety culture decides safety performance and safety performance has a reaction on safety culture,and establishes a model of safety culture affecting safety performance.
