摘  要:川中矿区磨溪气田井下油、套管及地面集输设施腐蚀严重,经调查研究,确定为典型的酸性油气田综合性腐蚀。研制了油溶性成膜缓蚀剂(液相缓蚀剂)CZ31和水溶性挥发性缓蚀剂(气相缓蚀剂)CZ33,将两者复配使用,对高温(80℃)高H2S气体分压和高CO2气体分压下该气田采出水的腐蚀有良好的减缓作用,已通过现场试验,在磨溪气田推广使用。在现场试验中使用了加拿大CaProca腐蚀监测系统。evere corrosion was observed at Moxi Gas Fields of Central Sichuan with downhole recovering pipes and casings and with surface gathering systems and installations. An extensive investigation shows that it is the case of complex corrosion caused by sour gas/brine, typical for gas/oil fields. An oilsoluble filmforming liquidphase inhibitor, CZ31, and a water soluble volatile vaporphase inhibitor, CZ33, are developed. This combination is shown to be effective in corrosion inhibiting experiments at 80℃ and normal and high H2S and CO2 partial pressures and in a field downhole application test in gas well Moxi 133 under inline monitoring. Combination CZ31+CZ33 has been put into field use at Moxi Gas Fields.
