摘　　要：推进合同制消防队伍可持续发展是解决消防力量严重不足的矛盾的重要战略,分析了合同制消防队发展现状和目前制约其发展的主要问题,提出了善推进合同制消防队伍可持续发展的机制延伸条件,努力构筑具有时代特征的消防力量增长模式。The establishment of contrasted fire forces is a significance strategy for the insufficient fire force in China. This paper analyzes some major problems that constrict the establishment of contrast fire forces and explains the conditions for advancing the contrast fire forces and the pattern of the establishment.
