摘  要:本文通过对一台服役时间长且使用历史不详的加氢热交换器进行了全面检测,发现在容器上端部及上端面存在大量缺陷。文中采用多种检测手段对这些缺陷的性质及危害程度进行了检测和安全性分析。结论表明该容器仍能带缺陷在一定监控条件下继续运行一段时间,以使工厂能有时间更换新设备。A hydrogenerator in a long-term service and without detailed operation records is inspected,and a number of defects are found in the upper part of the equipment including the upper covering face. The nature of the defects are tested using some different testing methods. The inspection and useability of the defected hydro-generator are analysed and assessed in this paper. It is concluded that the equipment still can be operated safety for a period under a definit monitoring and controlling condition so that the manufacturer has enough time to replace it with a new one.
