摘　　要：[目的]探讨局部应用不同浓度氧对大鼠压疮愈合的影响,为临床优化氧疗方案提供依据。[方法]采用磁力加压引起缺血再灌注法建立Wistar大鼠压力性溃疡Ⅲ期及以上模型,将成模的大鼠随机分为模型组、高浓度氧组、低浓度氧组,模型组局部常规护理;低浓度氧组及高浓度氧组局部加以氧疗,氧流量分别为3L/min～5L/min、6L/min～10L/min,每天1次,每次20min,肉眼及镜下观察创面愈合情况;检测血清白细胞计数(WBC)及急性期C反应蛋白(CRP)、局部渗出液中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的变化。[结果]局部氧疗组大鼠压疮愈合情况好,且大鼠血WBC、CRP明显降低,尤其是高浓度氧疗后WBC和CRP显著下降(P<0.05)。[结论]局部氧疗可显著促进大鼠压疮的愈合,降低血WBC、CRP含量。认为高浓度局部氧疗方案效果最佳。Objective：To probe into the effect of oxygen therapy with different concentrations on the local pressure sores healing of rats, so as to provide some evidences for optimizing oxygen therapy regimen in clinic. Methods. Wistar rats model of pressure sore of stage Ⅲ or above were prepared by adopting magnet pressure to cause ischemia - reperfusion. All modeling rats were randomly divided into three groups of model group, high concentration oxygen group and low concentration oxygen group. Rats of model group were provided only common nursing care as in routing. Rats in low concentration oxygen group and high concentration oxygen group were given 3 L/min～5 L/min and 6 L/min～10 L/min oxygen concentrations locally once a day for 20 minutes except the common nursing care. The healing of sores surfaces were observed by microscope and visual observation. The white blood cell （WBC）, C- reactive protein in acute phase （CRP） in serum and tumor necrosis factor （TNF-α） changes in local exudates of rats were determined. Results：Rats in low concentration oxygen therapy group and high concentration oxygen therapy group had healed better than those in model group. And the levels of WBC and serum CRP of rats decreased. Particularly both WBC and serum CRP in high concentration oxygen group rats decreased significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Local oxygen therapy can promote the healing of rats with pressure score, and reduce the content of WBC and serum CRP. And the best is high concentration oxygen therapy locally for rats with pressure sores.
