摘　　要：本文介绍了用溶胶凝胶法制备纯Ｖ２Ｏ５二维光学薄膜的方法，并研究了它在氨气氛中的气敏透射光谱，发现对低浓度非常敏感且敏感区可扩展到整个可见光波段。这是一种有实用价值的气敏光纤传感材料。In this paper,we study sol gel method to manufacture two dimension pure V 2O 5 optical film,and study the gas sensing transmittivity spectrum in ammonia vapor,observe that the film responses well in lower concentration and the rang of sensitivity expands full visible spectrum.These results will be of real value to manufacture optical fiber gas sening material.
